First I applied online, then I did a virtual interview where I recorded myself answering behavioral questions. I had two tries for each questions, so I could record myself again if I messed something up.
The interview process was extremely straight forward, they asked me some situational questions along with questions specifically about my experience in related industries. It was relaxed and my interviewer was very pleasant.

Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
