Early morning appointment at distribution center with a group of 20 or more. Took a tour of the huge facility and got a feel of each position. After tour went up to a vacant area where interviews were taking place 10-15 feet from one another. Answered standard interview questions about what would happen in a particular situation

How well can you handle long hours? (12 or 10 hour shifts)
The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative. I felt well-prepared and supported, with the tour and guidance providing everything I needed to feel ready and confident in my new role. The experience more than met my expectations and gave me a solid foundation for the job.
