It consisted of two phone calls and then an in-person interview at the location I was at. The process was well-done, but I had some hesitation after my in-person interview. Just seemed like the interviewers were not on the same page and it made it awkward. Seems like a really good company to work for if you're in the right store location.

District Leader started the interview by sharing that they "work all of the time" and that is expected in the role. They also insulted the background of the District HR Manager who was part of the interview while they were sitting there.
