It was a series of questions online and I recorded myself. I had 3 opportunities to answer each question. Super easy. They ask about you and how you would react in different situations. Nothing too stressful.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
