The interview was entirely online and the video's were prerecorded. It was an odd feeling not really having any feedback right after an interview, but you are given several chances to look at the video before submitting.

There are around two to three rounds of interviews - one with a lower-level manager, one with a higher-level manager, and possibly one with the store manager. They each ask you a few questions to see how you would handle certain situations and what your personality is like.
