The interview process consisted of 5 separate interviews with senior level members of the creative & marketing team. The interview questions asked required a lot of example references to give context to knowledge and understanding. The description of the job and the responsibilities seemed vague and each person I interviewed with had a different perspective that lacked consistency about how to be successful with the team. In addition, I was asked by the VP of visuals if I would be willing to relocate though the job was advertised and posted as remote (she mentioned this was because the company wanted to attract quality candidates). While I received raving reviews and intense enthusiasm from the hiring manager & recruiter during the interview process, I was not selected for the role. The team mentioned how the culture of the company is a feedback driven environment, however, I was told that no constructive feedback would be given after they decided not to move forward due to “company policy”.
