The recruiter reached out to me about setting up a time and she was very flexible. The questions were not technical at all, purely behavioral. Some questions about dedication to diversity and overall very easy.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
