The interview process was completely online. I had 3 different questions with only 3 minutes to read and then record. They asked me about why I want to work at Target, how would I handle a customer wanting an item that we didn't currently sell in store, and what was my previous experience in retail.

The interview process was smooth, everyone was lovely, and I enjoyed the conversation with the whole team.
I talked to two managers, the store manager and HR, both were very friendly and welcoming.

it was fairly easy, I had an online interview as well as an in person one. they asked a lot of questions and were thrall. they have me a lot of scenarios and had me talk about my experiences with difficult customers
Easy, online interview, can re-record video answers, can leave and come back into interview anytime. I would recommend having your answers written out once the video asks a question, so you can answer fast. Gives you 30 seconds to think of answer, can re-record up to 2 times. Answer can be up to four min.
