Entrevista
PROCESS: Met recruiter at career fair (wasn't planning to apply) and was encouraged to apply for the position. Set up a phone screen with a Store Team Lead (4-5 behavioral interview questions). Moved to a face to face interview with another STL (same questions). Then had an interview with the District manager and someone from the HR group (6-7 behavioral interview questions with lots of follow up). Informal "get to know you" with the Regional manager and a different HR member. Offered a position from the recruiter half an hour later.
Contingent on Background and Drug Test
IMPRESSIONS: Company left a great impression! Even if I hadn't been offered a job I would recommend it to other people because of how wonderful the process was. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely welcomed my questions.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
