It was a pretty straightforward process. The manager was nice and asked typical interview questions. I was asked to describe my background and previous business experience. Overall, it's a great company.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
