I had to record videos of myself answering their questions while timed. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to do. It took 3 times for me to apply even to get this interview and not even get the job.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
