decent timed but asked what i would be comfortable with and if i was interested in any other departments in addition to the position I originally applied to. great interview overall and i had a full understanding of my expected job duties

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
