After initially applying at their employment kiosk at the site of the job. I was told that I would have a first interview that same day. After being finish with that interview, I was given a second interview with an Executive Team Leader. After completing that, I was told that I would be called back in a few days. Once called, I was given the job and just had to take a drug test and sign my conditional employment.

Tell me about a time that you struggled with a problem and how you overcame it.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
