Steps included: - An HR representative did an initial cursory screening (I had been referred by a current employee) - HR rep called back a few days later, described the upcoming interview schedule, and then sent email and calendar appointments with the relevant links. - Interview ran smoothly. It was 45 minutes each, with 2 rounds with mainly domain related questions and 15 minutes at the end for behavioural questions.
The first interviewer was kind and polite, second interviewer was juggling home duties along with the interview and was very to the point.

Very straightforward behavioral questions with time at the end for discussion. They also gave me an interview guide about 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled interview. The questions they asked followed the guide exactly. Interview was for target HQ.
