One phone round with recruiter and one behavioral interview. Behavioral round asked situationals and your customer service experience. They gave you example questions to prep for, so as long as you’re ready to answer all, it should be fine.

I applied to this job through the university career center and was contacted pretty quickly, less than 1 week. There were multiple interview rounds, 3 of which were structured interviews of at least 30 minutes. Each interview was lead by a different HR contact and each asked more specific behavioral questions as the process continued.

It was pretty short and they mainly asked about how I handle working on a team with other people. They asked a couple of questions regarding my work experience but they did send me a study guide before my interview of things they might asked which reeally helped.

I scheduled a time and she called me, no video. This was done with the hiring manager. She sounded automated and it was not personable at all. It only took around 25 minutes.
