It was a two step process and not that difficult. You interview with the District Manager first then the next step is to interview with a Store General Manager. I realized after interviewing this was not the career path I wanted to choose with working 50-65 hrs per week. Does sound like good work life balance.
Final interview with district manager and head of HR. Already passed the first interview and the second interview based on behaviors. Preparing for final interview. Need assistance with final interview
The video interview was strange and a complete waste of time. It wasn't that it was particularly hard, however, you had to record yourself instead of just having a conversation with someone. It was so time consuming.
Professional process and thoughtful communication through out the over all recruiting life cycle. They seem to have a vetted system in place which is not surprising for a large company
