Was asked to us STAR method and describe your leadership. They looked for lots of detail and numbers. They really wanted you to ask questions at the end. Make sure you know why you want to work at Target and be open to long hours.

I got a phone screening with HR three months after my application online, there is no behavior question at this round. And I probably got rejected for no sponsorship. The whole process probably took 10-15 minutes.
Good interview, on -time, genuinely interested with applicants, two interviews. On call with recruiter, and two interviews. Recieved offer in two weeks time frame with a call from recruiter with detailed offer.

Three interviews, some technical and a lot of seeing if you fit the culture of the company. The first is a quick phone call then moved into more intense interviews with distribution center staff
