Recorded interview. You read the question and record yourself andswering with time limit. You can re do it up to 3 times. After that it will record no matter what on the 4th time so you must deliver.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
