Seemingly easygoing but had 2 people in room with me. Asked many questions surrounding good deeds and compassionate teamwork. Very observant interviewers who know exactly what they're looking for. They made me so nervous w I forgot what the word "anticipate" meant. Oh boy.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
