They called me back after reviewing my application, to schedule an in person interview. There was only one interview in person, it was just the manager of style retail, I spoke a little to the HR as well.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
