After applying for the job I was asked to complete video interview questions and submit them within 48 hrs. Within the next few days I was contacted again expressing the companies interest in me. I was asked to schedule a time for a phone interview. After selecting a time I got a call from the department saying they had to reschedule but they had no flexibility with my schedule. It was left up in the air and I feel I’ve missed my opportunity because of scheduling issues.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
