I first met representatives of the company at a college career fair and I gave them a resume. About a week later, I received an email telling me to come to a pre-interview information session. Another week later, I received an email from the recruiting office for this region, telling me to complete another application and let her know when I was finished so that I could take a test. I completed the application again, let he know and about 2 weeks later she finally sent an email with the link for the numerous tests. The tests combined took about an hour and after I finished I emailed her again. She got the results and was supposed to set with up for a panel interview....I'm still waiting.

After an online application, myself and 5 others were invited to an afternoon of group activities, presentation sessions, a group interview and then one last interview by yourself with the panel.
