Applied online during the holiday season and was called within a day or two.
First interview was with Team Leader for the position I applied.
Standard questionnaire interview.
Was told upfront that the job was labor intensive.
Second interview was with store HR immediately after the first. She acknowledged that it was a similar questionnaire.

Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
