Applied online, scheduled an over the phone interview, and interview consisted mainly about weaknesses and strengths. The interview was very casual and only took about 30 minutes. The interviewer was mainly asking required questions and asked about which positions I would be most interested in.

In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
