Online application and in store interview to discuss retail/customer service experience. Having some previous restaurant experience was seen as a plus but definitely not necessary. Met with some of the other baristas to see if there was a good team vibe. Offer received same day.

Amazing, very personal and human. The interviewer I had did a great job explaining questions, and connecting with them on a personal basis. I left feeling as though I was going to work in a very human, loving environment.

How have you overcome hardship in your past endeavors?
Pretty straight forward. It is really like every interview at any big box store. They didn't ask anything particular. They mainly focused on if you could get to work on time and if you were available. They worked with anyone who was in school (hs or college)
