I applied online back in September of 2009, and I did not get a call about my resume until My of 2010. I just had my phon interview yesterday and they scheduled me for a face to face interview with a Store Team Leader (in charge of the whole store), and another person. I did not know I was having a phone interview when I spoke with the STL, so I was completely unprepared- I had to think on my feet becuase I was actually just returning her call, and when I called her back we went throuugh a 35 min phone interview. I did not think it was going as well as it should have (again becuase I had no idea this was what our conversation was going to be about) and I was being chased by a bee while we were talking. I guess it went well becuase she scheduled me for an in person 2:1 interview for 2 days later (tomarrow). But, it kinda sounds like this is there process-- many interviews. My phone interview consisted of background questions about my past employment and education. She was very interested in my education, I am a recent graduate, which is refreshing becuase lately it seems like no one cares about a degree anymore, and she asked me questions about management and leadership classes that I have taken. Next she asked me behavoial/situational questions about when I have made a mistake at work, and how did I respond to negative feedback on my last review. I kind of felt like all of the questions were based in negativity.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role
