Applied online, got an interview within two days. The interview was online and involved submitting video responses to questions. The response were short (max only 3 minutes per response) and the program allowed me to review my answer and re-record up to twice per response.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
