The interview process was straight forward. Spoke with the hiring manager for the department. Gave brief summary of what roles they need to fulfill. A lot of behavioral questions that was asked.

Entrevista
They were great about the entire process. I filled out the in-store application, asked if I could get an interview, got two right then and an hour later I was taking my drug test. There was one more interview the next day, I more or less had the job after the second interview was over, the third was just to discuss salary and whatnot.

Entrevista
Applied online then called in to the store I applied too. Talked to a manager that scheduled my interview a week and a half later. Went to the store and had to do an in store questionnaire. Then had my first 1:1 interview with a manager with 5 questions. Then went to a separate room to watch a video on the position and what target is about. Then had an interview with the backroom position manager.
