Received a phone call the day after submitting the application to set up interview. I interviewed the next week with HR manager, then AP manager, then store manager. Received job offer the same day.

Basic run of the mill customer service questions. Nothing out of the ordinary if you have any retail or customer service experience what so ever.
Average they asked the standard questions that you would expect in a interview. Had to interview with 3 different individuals. Including a manager, director of department
And someone in Human Resources.department.
You have to record some videos answering some questions about your experiences and how they could translate to the position. After that, if approved, a recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager at the store. Super simple!

Describe a difficult experience and how you navigated through it. How has this experience helped you proceed in the long run?
The interview was over the phone with two leaders from the store, the described what the job entails and other details such as that it was permanent. They then asked for prior experience
