They asked me a lot of typical interview questions, plus some situation questions. Very customer service based and they like when you go overboard on the answers and are extra friendly.

What would you do if ___ happened and a manager was unavailable?
You had to video yourself answering the questions. And if you pass then they call you to come in for a in person interview. They will job offer you then, if they want you.
It is a two-part, in person interview. Mine were done both in the same day with two different leaders. Most questions were situational and personality based. They often read from standard questions.

Comfortable and easy. Asked a lot of questions but it almost felt like there was no wrong answer to the questions. I was hired on the spot. Was laid my first interview ever.
