Online application and in store interview to discuss retail/customer service experience. Having some previous restaurant experience was seen as a plus but definitely not necessary. Met with some of the other baristas to see if there was a good team vibe. Offer received same day.

I was asked general "interview" questions. About yourself, and scenario questions. I was asked by 3 different people. I believe by a team lead first, and then others in higher positions. I was offered the job by time I got to the third person.

Pretty straight forward. It is really like every interview at any big box store. They didn't ask anything particular. They mainly focused on if you could get to work on time and if you were available. They worked with anyone who was in school (hs or college)
