During covid target has moved its interview process to an app where you record your responses to questions, you get 3 attempts to record your answers and choose the best one to submit, i actually liked the format much more than a phone interview, but still perfer in person interviews

How does your former experience make you a good fit for this position?
Average they asked the standard questions that you would expect in a interview. Had to interview with 3 different individuals. Including a manager, director of department
And someone in Human Resources.department.
You have to record some videos answering some questions about your experiences and how they could translate to the position. After that, if approved, a recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager at the store. Super simple!

The interview was over the phone with two leaders from the store, the described what the job entails and other details such as that it was permanent. They then asked for prior experience
