I talked to an employee at my college career fair so the first-round interview was a 30-minute interview with a current inventory analyst manager. I was invited to final round interviews which consisted of two separate 30-minute interviews with two different managers. We also got to speak to a current inventory analyst and ask them any questions we had as well as had a meeting focused on the overview of the company and tour of the building.

Requires one to think deeply about forecasting, allocation and replenishment. Questions can vary starting from current experience, supply chain and Inventory Management concepts etc. Good to have 3-4 years of exp
Phone screen initially with an HR recruiter and then a second interview with an Inventory manager that had a set of four questions that were all "tell me about a time".

Asked specifically about time when I was able to use data to solve a problem. They are looking for very specific format of how you respond, the STAR method.
It was good very smooth as I had in campus process. The interviewer was very much experienced and patient with all of us. Overall a good experience. They conducted 3 rounds of interview in total after aptitude.
