Phone interview, and then 2 other in face interviews, all a week apart. The phone interview was with a recruiter, the first in face interview was with a Store Director/ Manager and the last in person interview was with the District Director and District Hiring Manager. They got back to me within a few hours after my last interview with an offer.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.

I had an on-campus interview. They asked to expand upon my resume and then followed into some behavioral questions. Got asked back for a second interview at the district headquarters, which also consisted of behavioral questions,
