Applied on a Saturday evening online. Received an email the following day (Sunday) for an interview then requesting me to choose a time for said interview. I chose Monday morning. Got there on Monday and waited in the front (close to Starbucks) with another candidate. Interview was scheduled to start at 8:30am. We were directed to seat in a room, were offered water & candies. Got called 40mns later to have an interview. It went great.

A time when you had to exceed expectations.
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.

Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
