I sent in my app for the season last year, around November. In the app you have to answer a questionarre, This is to determine if you will fit into the environment. After my app I got a call within a week for an in person interview at the target store. At the interview I had to sign in on a sheet and fill out a situational questionarre. I waited with some others in another room waiting to be called in for an interview. When It was my turn I went into the first room, the guy was very nice and ask me situational questions like: "Tell me a time you had to work in a group" or "Was there a time that you did not get along with someone and what did you do to handle it?". After that I was told to go to another room, this was my final interview. The lady was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable, she asked me some general questions like: "Why do you want to work at target?" and one or two situational questions like: "Was there ever a time you felt like you had to much to do, what did you do to handle this?" "Have you ever made a mistake? How did you fix it?". Since I was the last interview I was told to go the room next door to talk to the HR manager, I got the job!

Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
