After sending my application online, I called the Target location I applied to and asked for a follow up. The HR staff looked through my resume and scheduled an interview for the same week. On that day, I met up with their HR manager who asked questions from a packet that they had. Mostly situational questions, "what would you do if.../when,.."
Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities

I received a call inviting me in for the first in person interview. It was an individual one on one; followed by another one on one, second in person interview.

I've only completed the first step which was a recorded interview. I believe I am supposed to have additional interviews after that. It's been a seamless and stress-free interview process so far.
