After filling out an application the customer service rep scheduled an appointment for that afternoon with an assistant manager. He was friendly and gave me good information about job duties, scheduling, transferring if I moved to college next year and benefits of working for large company. Asked about experience and told him about summer job at summer day camp and ice cream store. We got interrupted a few times and he felt bad but it was fine. Lasted 20 minutes left and called two days later to start training .
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
i applied for a job online for my local target score and received notice about an interview a few days later. it was a positive experience with everyone i interacted with along the way. nothing bad to report in, they asked standard questions such as tell me about yourself and how do you handle conflict.
