The interview is a prepackaged form interview. The interviewer went down the list of questions and wanted me to tell some story about the experience in each question. The interview was quick and did not even gave me a chance to ask any questions.

Tell me a time when had an disagreement with somebody and how did you solve it?
Interview was done completely online. Answered a few questions while being recorded. It gave you the option to re-record if necessary. Would have preferred person but its wasn’t that bad.
Easy and straight forward, all the information given to you is very nicely laid out and putting a very understanding manner. Getting the answers to any of your questions is a breeze to do, the management is well informed and can steer you in the right direction

Very thorough, I was impressed! He was a very dedicated, hard, and responsible individual. And, He was very respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable about operations at the Target Store. And he was a person I would go to, l when I needed (work-place) advice--he seemed to be more on top , than most of the rest of management-- and he was only mid-level.
