It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

basic behavioral question, receive phone call from HR to go over availability and job position. Then got scheduled to come in for an interview with a team lead. if you pass that you got an interview with an etl and after that you get an offer and have to do a drug test screening to get it.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.
