There are two parts of interview: the first part was by Softline Team Lead. She asked several questions about my personality, such as 'talk about a time when you solved a difficult situation', 'talk about a time when you are working in a team'. Second part was by an Executive Team Lead, he asked basically the same set of questions. By the end, he told me I am already hired.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
