A quick and easy process.. Everything happened in the same day. First interview was with a Team Leader, next one was with an Executive Team Leader, and the final one was with the Executive Team Leader HR.

Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Give an example of a time you ran into conflict on a job, and how did you resolve that confluct?
Applied online or you can also apply in store at a kiosk. Phone interview with HR and then with the department. Friendly environment. Questions were typical tell me about a time or how would you handle x situation.

Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
