I had an on-campus interview with a representative from Target. Mostly behavioral questions were asked. Additionally, i was required to take two online tests: a personality test and a quantitative analysis one. Both weren't too difficult, although you have to work sort of quickly to finish in time. I received notification of my offer about 2 weeks after the interview.

I attended a 3 day student conference that had several companies accepting applications. The companies received resumes on the first day and gave interviews to select candidates on the second day. I was selected for the interview process and it lasted about 3 minutes I received a call about three weeks later and was flown out to Minneapolis to tour the headquarters and the city and also did two more interviews.
