Entrevista
I gave my resume to a friend that currently worked for the company. The first interview was with the store manager at a store that was 2 hours away from where I lived (the store I would eventually work for). It was very comfortable as he took interest in who I was and told me about himself before diving right into he behavioral interview questions. He told me to hang around the store so he could set up my next interview. He then told me that my second interview would be in four hours, back in the city that I came from. I wasn't prepared for the second part as I felt I had mentally prepared myself and used all of my good stuff on the first one. The manager I interviewed with seemed in a hurry and just wanted to get it over with. He told me I did poorly but that he would give me a chance anyway because my first one went so well and that he'd chalk it up to me being tired from driving back and forth.
Advice alert: come equipped with plenty of situations to choose from to help answer those questions.
The third interview happened two or three weeks later and was a phone interview with the district manager and was a lot more relaxed than the second interview. It was another week or so before I was called with my offer and was e-mailed my letter of intent. If it seems like everything is going well, stay on those responsible for hiring until you have the final answer, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle, but be persistent, energetic and honest.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
