well first they give you a phone interivew and they ask the basics like why do you want to work here, tell me about your selfs, if you friends could discribe you in 3 words what would they be and why. and then after they tell you when you have to come in to for a in person interview and they ask the same questions that they ask you on the phone
You had to video yourself answering the questions. And if you pass then they call you to come in for a in person interview. They will job offer you then, if they want you.
It is a two-part, in person interview. Mine were done both in the same day with two different leaders. Most questions were situational and personality based. They often read from standard questions.

Comfortable and easy. Asked a lot of questions but it almost felt like there was no wrong answer to the questions. I was hired on the spot. Was laid my first interview ever.
