Asked a good amount of questions regarding basic customer service scenarios + working with fellow employees. Pretty straightforward stuff that allowed for a simple process that was barely a hassle.

If a guest (customer) was in need of assistance and I was unable to manage it myself, what should I do? And they listed couple answer choices, “reaching out to someone who can, figuring it out myself, just letting the customer down” (along those lines).

Solely online, process was smooth and it gave you time to think over questions. Oh also you can rerecord answers, there's no time limit to press the option to rerecord so use this additional time to think everything through.
simeple stuff from intervierw was very easy not hard at to fromt the assm thing is the same thing as the ones from the instant please I dont like this interview
