Was contacted to come in for an interview. They use a set of questions asking to give examples of certain experiences in your life. Nothing difficult but you have to be specific of who, what, when, where, why and of course the most important the result.

Describe a time where you made a mistake in your workplace
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
