The interview was just submitting my resume online, followed up with a face to face interview with the store HR representative. Overall it wasn't too hard as they accept almost anyone who can hold a decent conversation and won't be a liability when interacting with others. I think it is more or less a formality just to ensure you can converse with reasonable intelligence.
Took 3 weeks to receive a decision. The interviewers were very nice and were interested in my application. They will ask you about prior job experience. Be prepared to discuss what good customer service means to you and how you would handle various customer scenarios, such as dealing with a difficult or dissatisfied customer.

Straightforward. very nice people. didnt take because of hours provided but will check back later when something else becomes avail hopefully in the near future. they offer good benefits and store is clean
it was conducted through an online ai platform which i thought was interesting for a pre-screening, but maybe it would gone better if it was done by an actual person.
