It was very professional and fairly easy if you know your stuff. They require you to volunteer your skills. You can pick your project based on the openings. During the interview you can also talk about the area's where you may not necessarily have an expertise but can certainly help. You can also choose you time of work and no questions will be asked. However, if there are more team member on your project then all of them should agree on the volunteer hour timings.
