Two part interview. 1st with Dept. Manager, 2nd with VP of company. After interviewing with VP, I received an offer in writing to be picked up at their front desk. I counter offered in the middle of what I was originally wanting and they accepted. The process was very laid back and overall a wonderfull experience. Things have changed a lot since my employement as Tapco has been bought out so I am unsure as to how the interview process is now.
